About WWM:
Women’s Workforce Montana is a workforce development program, envisioned by Missoula’s Clean Energy Coalition in 2022, to encourage more women to be first in line for the employment opportunities arising alongside the investment in clean energy by the city of Missoula and the state of Montana.

WOMEN’S WORKFORCE MONTANA is an investment of the Montana Department of Environmental Quality, the Department of Energy, and Missoula’s Clean Energy Workforce Coalition. Through grants and community donations we are able to bring this program to life.
